Keynote Presentations
A focused introduction to the Enneagram for conferences, retreats, and events — designed to spark curiosity in 60–90 minutes.
THE KEYNOTE
The Enneagram at Work
“The Enneagram at Work” is a 60–90 minute presentation that gives your audience a compelling, high-level introduction to the Enneagram — what the system is, why it matters in organizations, and what becomes possible when people understand their own patterns and the patterns of the people around them.
This isn’t a lecture about personality categories. Every keynote includes brief moments of self-reflection that let people experience the system in real time, not just hear about it. The goal is for your audience to leave thinking differently — about themselves, about the dynamics on their team, and about what deeper work with the Enneagram could look like.
I tailor the framing and examples to your audience and event context. A leadership retreat gets different emphasis than a company all-hands or a conference mainstage. The content adapts, but the core experience is the same: an engaging, accessible introduction to one of the most powerful frameworks in organizational psychology.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT FORMAT
Keynote vs. Introduction Workshop
The Enneagram at Work
60–90 Minute Keynote
A presentation — I’m on stage, your audience is in their seats. The keynote introduces the Enneagram at a high level, enough to pique interest and give people a sense of how the system works through brief moments of self-reflection. Ideal for conferences, all-hands meetings, retreats with a packed agenda, and events where you want an engaging speaker on a topic your whole audience can connect with.
Introduction to the Enneagram
Half-Day Workshop
An interactive session where the team learns the Enneagram system together — what it is, how it differs from other frameworks, and all nine types in depth. Through facilitated discussion, video examples, and guided exercises, participants start recognizing patterns in themselves and each other. By the end, the team has shared language for motivation, stress, and communication — and curiosity about what comes next.

Not at all. The keynote is designed for audiences with no prior exposure. I’ll calibrate the depth and framing based on what you tell me about your audience during our pre-event conversation.
Yes, though in-person is strongly preferred. The energy of a live audience makes a meaningful difference for this material. For the right event and format, virtual delivery works well — we’d adjust the interactive elements accordingly.
Absolutely. The core keynote adapts to your event’s theme, your audience’s context, and what you want people to walk away with. If your event has a specific focus — innovation, change management, cross-functional collaboration — I can connect the Enneagram to that theme directly.
A keynote opens the door, and the natural next step is an Introduction Workshop — a half-day session where the team engages with the system in depth. That could be the following day, or months later at your next event, depending on your circumstances and scheduling. I can help you think through what makes sense.
As early as possible, especially for conferences with fixed dates. For most events, 4–8 weeks of lead time is comfortable. Shorter timelines can work depending on my schedule — reach out and we’ll figure it out.
